As this product is decorated with gold or platinum, the following tips will help maintaining beauty and elegance of your set for many years:
1- Dishes decorated with gold or platinum can be easily cleaned by gentle cleaners. It is recommended to use soft sponge instead of steel wool.
2- Although ZARIN Iran decorated dishes with gold and/or platinum are of a higher resistance comparing other available products in the market, they are not recommended for washing in dishwashers (Except the products decorated with In-glaze gold decoration).
3- As you may know using metallic products in Microwave ovens is not allowed. So the dishes decorated with Gold and/or platinum are not recommended to be in use in microwave ovens. Nevertheless, you can use the designs with no gold or platinum in these ovens.
4- The use of bleaching materials such as "Whit-ex" is harmful to human health. However if needed, please uses diluted solution in a short time and avoid direct contact with dishes. We suggest using high-quality dishwashing detergents instead of bleaching agents.
5- Stack-ability resulting to easier handling and storage of the dishes is an advantage of these products. Nevertheless since the bases of dishes are not glazed due to the technical necessities of production, although they are well polished, hardness of porcelain body can create lines and scratches on the surface of the below dishes or glass tables. Therefore when bunching and moving the dishes, we recommended you not to place large quantity of the dishes on each other, to avoid scratching the below dishes by too much weight of the ones on the top. Putting a piece of napkin between the plates is a clever choice.
